Digital Products

As a portrait and wedding photographer, we primarily deliver digital products such as high-resolution images and edited photographs. Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the digital products have been delivered.

Client Satisfaction

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of our digital products or services, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your photographs, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns and provide a satisfactory resolution.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

If you need to cancel your photography session or service for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Session and wedding collection retainer fees are nonrefundable. Please see your contract for specific details about cancellations and refunds.
